At CoachPilot, we're building an environment where every player can develop, feel safe, and have fun. This Code applies to everyone at every clinic.

If a parent is asked to leave and cannot return, their child's registration may be canceled without refund.

FOR COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS

Whether you're an adult coach or a high-school volunteer, you're a role model the moment you step on the field. We ask you to:

REPORTING CONCERNS

If you see or experience something that violates this Code — whether you're a player, parent, coach, or volunteer — report it to Coach Daniel Grande directly.

All reports are taken seriously. We will investigate and take appropriate action. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is prohibited and will result in removal.

For allegations involving abuse or misconduct with a minor, we will also contact the appropriate authorities in accordance with Washington law.

By registering a player, signing up as a volunteer, or attending a CoachPilot clinic in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Code of Conduct.

This is not a Sumner-Bonney Lake School District sanctioned or sponsored event.
